This notice covers expert-profile submissions, the searchable directory, consultation-party questions, prepaid credits, referrals and consultation coordination.
Information from invited professionals
BLNKK may collect a professional’s name, email, phone or messaging details, professional-profile link, country or region, role, experience band, equipment brands and models, applications, question topics, requested compensation, conflicts, required declarations and up to three relevant employers the professional chooses to provide.
Information from consultation parties
BLNKK may collect the consultation contact’s name, work email, company, country or region, preregistered equipment category, brand and exact model, anticipated consultation timing, selected professional, ordered questions, prepaid-credit balance, payment and reservation records, scheduling communications, consultation status and any eligible rating or review.
Information from referral partners
BLNKK may collect the partner’s separated family and given names, work email, job title, organization, optional phone or messaging details, country, professional-profile link and how they learned about BLNKK. BLNKK may also collect the referred party’s separated name, email, job title, organization or current status, optional phone or professional-profile details, the relationship between them, confirmation of prior contact, attribution evidence, net company funding or expert compensation, referral statements, tax records and fraud-prevention records.
Public and private fields
Public profiles use an anonymous reference and may show a broad role, experience band, region, equipment models, question topics, price and eligible ratings. A professional may separately authorize publication of zero to three relevant past employers; declining to name an employer is not presented negatively. Names, LinkedIn profiles, email addresses, phone numbers, raw submissions and conflict details are not shown to consultation parties. BLNKK edits and reviews the anonymous profile before publication and protects all nonpublic identity and contact details.
How information is used
BLNKK uses information to organize equipment names, edit, review and publish anonymous profiles, search and match by model, verify and reserve consultation-party credits, forward funded questions, arrange consultations, process releases or refunds, confirm referral attribution, reconcile rewards, manage conflicts and handle disputes. Necessary hosting, email, payment and administrative providers may process limited data for these purposes.
No account required during registration
An invited professional may submit through a BLNKK link without first creating a password-based account. Consultation parties and referral partners may submit the relevant forms without creating an account. After service opens, a consultation still requires sufficient confirmed prepaid credits.
Recording and derived content
Through 2026/12/31, BLNKK will provide advance notice that it plans to record and transcribe a consultation. If either the consultation party or professional objects before the session, BLNKK will not record it. A recording or transcript is provided only to the parties and for dispute handling; it does not automatically authorize BLNKK to publish, sell or create a Note.
Retention, security and international processing
Records are retained as reasonably needed to operate the service, reconcile credits and payments, protect confidentiality, handle disputes and meet legal obligations. Hosting and other providers may process data outside the user’s country. BLNKK applies reasonable access controls, but no online system can promise absolute security.
Your requests
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, stop certain uses of, or delete personal information you provided. BLNKK may verify identity and retain limited records where needed for transactions, security, disputes or legal duties.
