Signed-in activity
We record essential feature-use counts and activity times for signed-in users, not private case, question or message content. Only authorized platform administrators can view this operational overview. Company access still requires separate approval.
Scope
This notice covers browsing, engineering problem search, condition assessment, solution comparison, technical Q&A, case records, summary downloads, feedback and contact requests on BLNKK Solution Navigator. Search text is processed on the current page only. It is not placed in URLs, saved or uploaded, and is cleared when you leave or refresh.
Information we collect
Feedback includes the problem identifier, selected feedback and relevant page context; your search text is not sent. Contact requests include your reply email, request text, stage, preferred respondent, selected requests and anonymous-sharing preference. The service also handles submission times and hashed browser and network identifiers to limit abusive submissions.
Public and private information
Public pages show curated problem information, sources and clearly labelled examples. Your feedback and contact requests are not automatically published. If you choose anonymous sharing, BLNKK still receives your reply email and will seek your consent again before sharing identifying details with potential respondents.
Storage and providers
Engineering conditions, comparison choices and interest markers use browser session storage. Case titles, hypotheses, revision notes, structured conditions, results and version records use local storage in the same browser by default and are not automatically uploaded. After signing in, you may choose to save cases to your private account in Cloudflare D1 and continue on another device. You can delete cloud copies. Suppliers cannot access private cases. Feedback and contact requests are stored in Cloudflare D1, and notifications may use an email delivery provider. Existing service records and attachments may remain in Cloudflare D1 or R2. External official materials remain on their publishers’ sites and are subject to their policies.
How we use and share data
BLNKK uses information to operate the service, verify identity, review and merge content, send relevant notices, protect the platform, handle reports and improve the product. BLNKK does not sell personal information. Suppliers cannot pay to buy favorable reviews or ranking, or to hide critical opinions.
Confidential material and uploads
Do not submit an employer's, customer's or partner's confidential information, unpublished yield, recipes, pricing, contracts, roadmaps, identifiable projects, personal data or anything you are not authorized to share. BLNKK may use human and automated review to restrict, remove or request changes to content. Review cannot guarantee that every risk will be detected.
Accounts and supplier access
Identity is established through the sign-in provider or invited email verification. Supplier claims, invitations, permissions, updates and answers retain review and activity records. Inquiries submitted while signed in are saved to your account. Only explicitly selected suppliers can view the information you consent to share. Anonymous inquiries do not reveal account identifiers or contact fields to suppliers; check that your message does not contain identifying information you want to keep private. Professional details are private by default. Consultation preferences remain private and do not automatically create a paid service listing.
Retention, security and international processing
BLNKK retains information for as long as reasonably needed for operations, moderation, security, dispute handling and legal duties. Providers may process data outside your country or region. BLNKK uses reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, export or delete personal information, withdraw non-essential consent, or report content. BLNKK may verify identity first and retain limited records when reasonably needed for law, security, disputes or record integrity.
