Service
BLNKK Review organizes invited professionals by semiconductor packaging and test equipment brand and exact model. The consultation service is expected to open on October 1, 2026. Before then, consultation parties may preregister equipment demand and view BLNKK’s planned recruitment scope. A model shown in the recruitment plan does not mean that a professional has joined or is available to book, and availability is not guaranteed.
Invited professional profiles
Invited professionals must provide accurate information, identify equipment and question topics within their experience, keep contact and conflict information current, and share only information they may lawfully discuss. BLNKK organizes brand aliases, model names and duplicate records; this administrative normalization is not a certification of the person or equipment.
Anonymous publication and no circumvention
BLNKK organizes, edits and reviews an anonymous professional summary before publication while protecting nonpublic identity and contact details. Consultation parties may not attempt to identify or contact a protected professional directly, bypass BLNKK, solicit confidential information, misrepresent experience or use another person’s account or company credits without authorization.
Questions, credits and acceptance
A consultation party may submit three to five focused questions. A question record does not create a booking. BLNKK forwards questions only after confirming and reserving sufficient prepaid service credits. The professional may accept or decline after reviewing them. If the professional declines or does not respond within the stated period, the reserved credits are released.
Consultation and six-minute safeguard
The standard consultation is 30 minutes by voice. The first six elapsed minutes allow both sides to confirm experience and question fit. Either side may end the session by the end of minute six; the service credits are returned, no expert compensation is earned, and the session does not count as completed or receive a rating. After that point, the displayed booking price applies unless BLNKK confirms otherwise in writing.
Preregistration, prices and prepaid credits
Preregistration is free and does not create a booking, credit balance or guarantee of a match. Consultation parties who preregister an identifiable equipment category, brand and exact model by September 30, 2026 may receive priority coordination and 15%, 10% and 5% off eligible consultations completed in October, November and December 2026 respectively. From January 1, 2027, regular prices apply. After service opens, consultations require confirmed prepaid credits; a single top-up may be between US$300 and US$3,000. Through December 31, 2026, TWD top-ups are calculated at US$1 = NT$32. Founding discounts have no cash value, are non-transferable and do not stack with another marketing offer.
Professional compensation
A professional selects a desired compensation level. BLNKK separately sets the consultation-party price to cover sourcing, customer development, payment, legal, administration, marketing, credits and refund costs. Consultation-party promotions do not reduce the professional’s confirmed compensation. Tax and reporting obligations remain subject to the applicable written arrangement and law.
Ratings
Only a completed, paid and non-refunded consultation may be rated. Before a professional completes three eligible consultations, the profile may show completed-session count without an average rating. After the third eligible consultation, BLNKK may publish the valid rating count, average rating and moderated written reviews. A six-minute exit does not count and cannot be rated.
Confidentiality and prohibited content
Neither side may request or disclose customer or employer secrets, identifiable protected projects, non-public yields, recipes, prices, contracts, roadmaps, export-controlled information or another party’s personal data or trade secrets. Each side remains responsible for their contractual, legal and professional duties.
Recording
Through 2026/12/31, BLNKK will give advance notice that it plans to record and transcribe the consultation. If either side objects before the session, BLNKK will not record it. The recording and transcript are provided only to the parties and may be retained for dispute handling; they do not authorize BLNKK to publish, sell or create a Note.
Founding partner referrals
The founding partner program accepts referrals submitted from September 1 through December 31, 2026. A confirmed direct referral of a consultation party earns 5% of net company funding received by BLNKK after refunds and chargebacks; a confirmed direct referral of a professional earns 10% of compensation from completed, paid, non-refunded consultations. Each referred entity or person is limited to five years from confirmed attribution or US$10,000 in cumulative referral compensation, whichever occurs first. Referrals must be registered before the consultation party’s first funding or the professional’s first completed paid consultation. One referred party has one source; only direct, single-level referrals qualify. Self-referrals, circular or multi-level referrals, false identities, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, bonus credits and artificial splitting of companies or transactions do not qualify. Referral compensation is reconciled quarterly and is normally paid within 30 days after quarter-end once the payable balance reaches US$100; smaller balances carry forward. When a partner-program relationship ends, any remaining payable compensation is still settled under the applicable rules.
Nature of advice and limitation
A consultation reflects an individual’s experience and opinion. It is not a manufacturer specification, warranty, certification, safety instruction, legal opinion or professional engineering sign-off. Consultation parties remain responsible for technical, commercial, safety and acceptance diligence. To the extent allowed by law, BLNKK does not guarantee a particular outcome or that every requested model or professional is available.
Changes, marketing terms and disputes
BLNKK may change, suspend or end preview features or offers. To the extent allowed by law, BLNKK has final review and interpretation authority for founding-discount eligibility and marketing terms and may correct or reverse errors, fraud, circumvention or artificial transaction splitting. This does not limit statutory rights that cannot be waived.
