These Website Terms govern your use of blnkk.biz and BLNKK’s public intake and application forms. By using the site or submitting information, you agree to these Terms. A paid or operational engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.
1. BLNKK’s Role
BLNKK provides a Taiwan-side NPI operating service for eligible hardware teams. Depending on an agreed scope, BLNKK may support supplier qualification, build readiness, pilot-production planning, issue tracking, and on-the-ground coordination through Taiwan’s manufacturing ecosystem.
Customers retain product ownership, engineering authority, design decisions, specifications, approvals, and commercial control. BLNKK is not the manufacturer, seller, supplier of record, employer, fiduciary, or agent of a customer and has no authority to bind a customer, approve a design, place a purchase order, or accept goods unless a signed agreement expressly provides otherwise.
2. Fit Screening and Five-Day Trial
BLNKK's initial fit screening is based on information available at the time and may conclude Ready, Not Yet, or Not Taiwan. An accepted founding-client trial is limited to the scope agreed before Day 1. It is not a manufacturing approval, engineering validation, supplier quotation, certification, quality acceptance, or guarantee that every issue will be solved within five business days.
BLNKK may accept, reject, defer, or prioritize any inquiry based on fit, capacity, scope, risk, lawful end use, and commercial considerations.
3. Supplier and Expert Applications
Submitting a supplier or expert application does not guarantee admission to a network, introduction, work, revenue, exclusivity, or endorsement. Applicants must provide accurate information and promptly correct material changes. Any engagement, referral, confidentiality obligation, compensation, or responsibility will be governed by separate written terms.
4. Website Use
You may use the website only for lawful business purposes. You must not submit false or unlawful information, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, unlawfully scrape the site, or infringe another person’s rights.
5. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you provide and for having the right to provide it. Customers remain responsible for product requirements, design decisions, supplier selection, regulatory strategy, testing, approvals, purchase commitments, and final acceptance unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise.
Do not submit controlled, restricted, or highly confidential information through public forms. You must comply with applicable sanctions, export-control, anti-bribery, product-safety, and other laws. BLNKK may request end-use or compliance information and may decline or stop an evaluation where risk cannot be reasonably resolved.
6. Suppliers, Experts, and Other Third Parties
BLNKK may coordinate with independent suppliers, experts, laboratories, freight providers, and other third parties. Unless expressly agreed in writing, BLNKK does not control and is not responsible for their pricing, quotations, statements, quality, capacity, delivery, security, compliance, or performance. An introduction or inclusion in a workflow is not a warranty or endorsement.
7. Separate Service Agreement, Fees, and Expenses
No client relationship is created by visiting the site, submitting a form, receiving a preliminary response, or participating in a Fit Review. A service relationship begins only when BLNKK and the customer enter into agreed written engagement terms.
Fees, scope, service levels, expenses, taxes, payment timing, and cancellation terms will be stated in the applicable proposal, statement of work, invoice terms, or service agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, supplier charges, NRE, tooling, samples, testing, certification, freight, travel, duties, and other third-party costs are the customer’s responsibility.
8. Confidentiality and Submitted Information
You retain ownership of information you submit and grant BLNKK permission to use it to evaluate your inquiry, respond to you, perform requested screening, and provide authorized services. Confidentiality, product IP, deliverables, tooling ownership, and data-security obligations for an engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement.
9. BLNKK Website Content
The website, brand, text, graphics, structure, and other site content are owned by BLNKK or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit them without written permission.
10. No Guaranteed Outcome
Manufacturing and NPI involve technical, supplier, schedule, quality, regulatory, and market risks. BLNKK does not guarantee supplier acceptance, quotation accuracy, cost, yield, quality, delivery date, certification, production success, fundraising, or commercial results. Examples, ranges, timelines, or outcomes on the site are illustrative and depend on the specific product and circumstances.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The website and public materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLNKK disclaims implied warranties relating to the website and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from website use or reliance on public information. Liability arising from paid services will be governed by the applicable signed agreement.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted with its effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
