What counts as a pilot blocker?
A live issue threatening the next pilot build: DFM closure, supplier capability, a critical part, test readiness, yield, reliability, engineering-change closure or another manufacturing dependency.
What can five business days prove?
Not that every manufacturing problem will be solved. Five days is enough to see whether BLNKK can get better evidence, clearer ownership and faster supplier follow-through on your live issue.
Who controls the product and suppliers?
Your team retains product architecture, IP, engineering-change authority, supplier approval, quality criteria and build acceptance. BLNKK runs the agreed Taiwan-side workflow.
What happens after Day 5?
Continue only if the office helps. Month 1 starts from US$15K and adds a weekly control cadence, a living NPI Control Plan and tracked supplier work.
What does elastic mean?
