Learn what you can get, when to sign in, how cases are saved, and how supplier access and privacy work. For engineering content, visit Technical Q&A.
What will I get from Navigator?
Explore technical paths and candidates related to an engineering problem. Compare intended uses, applicability and sources, identify missing information and key questions, and download an assessment preparation summary. These outputs help you prepare your next technical assessment. Applicability still requires samples, measurements and supplier confirmation.
Start finding solutions →When do I need to sign in?
You can browse engineering problems, suppliers and solutions, and compare solutions without signing in. Sign in to save cloud copies of cases, view account-linked inquiry history, claim a supplier company, propose updates or reply with supplier authorization. Supplier permissions also require a reviewed claim or an owner invitation.
Sign in →How do I save a case and resume on another device?
Without signing in, cases are stored in your current browser. Clearing browser data or switching devices does not transfer those local cases. After signing in, explicitly save a cloud copy in Cases or My account. Use the same account on another device to load it. Save again after making changes; cloud copies do not sync automatically.
Open cases →How are solutions compiled? Are candidates recommendations?
The supplier catalog is compiled from public sources. Problem-specific candidates include context for the problem, structure and stage. A listing or candidate does not establish verified applicability, supplier endorsement or a purchasing recommendation. Read the sources and limitations together, then confirm your conditions with the supplier.
Browse suppliers and solutions →How do I ask for help, and who responds?
Choose an engineering problem, then use Contact support on its solution map to submit your question and assessment summary. Authorized staff can view and reply to inquiries routed to a selected supplier when you submit while signed in; BLNKK receives general support requests. A response is not guaranteed. Inquiries submitted while signed in and linked to your account appear in My account. Inquiries submitted without signing in do not automatically become account history.
Contact support →How can a supplier claim a company and update its information?
Sign in, open My account → Supplier workspace, choose a company and submit your role and verifiable claim evidence. A reviewed claim grants owner access; an existing owner can also invite you with a specific role. Company and solution updates are reviewed before publication and retain a revision history.
Open supplier workspace →What can owners, administrators and responders do?
Owners manage members and invitations, propose updates and answer questions. Administrators propose updates; responders answer questions and reply to inquiries. A combined role can update and respond. Each role applies only to the authorized company and does not grant access to manage other suppliers.
View supplier workspace →Are my cases and personal information public?
Cloud cases are scoped to your account. Supplier permissions do not expose your private cases. Professional profiles are private by default and become public only if you enable that setting. Share only necessary engineering information in inquiries, and check the recipients and anonymity options before submitting. Do not submit confidential drawings or information you are not authorized to share.
Read the privacy policy →How do I report incorrect information or a broken source?
Send the company or solution page link, the correction and a verifiable source. Authorized supplier staff can propose updates in their workspace. Other users can report issues to BLNKK.
