Coverage
Explore the current engineering coverage.
Define the problem through its structure, observed signals and stage, then compare related technical paths and candidate solutions.

Six technical directions
These categories describe evaluation methods. Once you choose a problem, its solution map shows the relevant paths.
How solutions and sources are presented
Each problem brings together traceable public sources, technical paths and candidate solutions for early assessment. Read the conditions alongside the sources: relevance does not establish applicability.
Scope of use
- The current content covers 54 documented engineering problems. Other problems may not yet be covered.
- Coverage focuses on packaging and includes related problems in SiC ingot slicing, device functional/stress testing and wafer probing. Each problem defines its own object, stage and limits.
- Solution maps provide an assessment starting point. Applicability still requires samples, measurements, process conditions and supplier confirmation.
- Public information and conditional assessments support professional evaluation. They do not prescribe a standard solution or a purchasing decision.
