Your search text is processed on this page only. It is not placed in URLs, saved or uploaded. Leaving or refreshing the page clears it.
Start with what you know. Add the object or stage when you are ready. A problem can appear under more than one observation.

Transient supply-voltage droop in chiplet packages
First separate package-pin rails from die-side rails, then correlate load / voltage transients and probe limitations. Decoupling and power-network comparisons require actual boundary conditions; slow resistance measurements or lane errors cannot substitute for droop evidence.
Package PDN rails, decoupling, and power-delivery loops · Rapid workload switching and synchronized waveform measurements
Package electromagnetic coupling and shielding window
First align package sources, affected nodes and operating frequency bands. Then compare return paths or shielding with repeatable near-field measurement geometry. Near-field readings provide relative localization; they cannot verify emissions limits or immunity qualification.
Package emission sources, affected nodes and shield grounding · Electromagnetic-compatibility measurements and operation
First confirm a single passive RF path, its ports/frequency band and a usable fixture model. Then compare actual transitions and material stacks. Port extension does not substitute for loss/mismatch removal; S21 alone cannot localize a material root cause or adjacent-line crosstalk.
RF package transmission lines, transitions and ports · Passive-coupon or package S-parameter validation
First identify passive aggressor/victim lines, ports and terminations. Then compare multiport coupling observations against actual routing/return-path models. An isolated S21 or active PHY link failure cannot substitute for NEXT/FEXT data or model agreement.
Adjacent passive aggressor/victim interconnects on the interposer · Routing design and passive multiport validation
Know the problem scope? Explore six technology directions
Technology directions help you explore methods. They do not establish a standard solution or sample suitability.
Before you get started
What will I get from Navigator?
Explore technical paths and candidates related to an engineering problem. Compare intended uses, applicability and sources, identify missing information and key questions, and download an assessment preparation summary. These outputs help you prepare your next technical assessment. Applicability still requires samples, measurements and supplier confirmation.
You can browse engineering problems, suppliers and solutions, and compare solutions without signing in. Sign in to save cloud copies of cases, view account-linked inquiry history, claim a supplier company, propose updates or reply with supplier authorization. Supplier permissions also require a reviewed claim or an owner invitation.
How are solutions compiled? Are candidates recommendations?
The supplier catalog is compiled from public sources. Problem-specific candidates include context for the problem, structure and stage. A listing or candidate does not establish verified applicability, supplier endorsement or a purchasing recommendation. Read the sources and limitations together, then confirm your conditions with the supplier.
