Technical approach: Original or test molds work with cavity vacuum, clamping and transfer-pressure controls; Besi describes V-pin molds with high vacuum.
Scope of use: For single-sided MAP BGA/QFN development, subject to mold, pellet, strip and control-option compatibility.

Scope and limitations
Parameter tuning does not repair worn seals or guarantee flash-free molding. Do not borrow other Fico/Top Foil specifications; also check incomplete fill, voids and loading.
What to prepare
BLNKK suggests preparing mold revision/seal condition, resin/pellets, flash maps and process logs; define single-variable trials and acceptance checks.
Confirm with the supplier
Confirm mold, V-pin/vacuum, clamp and transfer options and calibration. Clarify press-force specifications and how trial conditions transfer to production equipment.
Public evidence: The MMS-LM page names development functions. Its press-tonnage and maximum-clamp statements use different figures requiring clarification.
